If you'd like to use Check-Ins without printing, you can do so by removing all the labels in your event. This will make sure that you aren't getting any printer errors when you're trying to check in without needing labels.
How printing works
All printing is governed by the labels that you've added to an event or a location. So, if you want to make sure no labels are printed, make sure you remove all the labels from your event.
In the below example you can see that my event level will print a name label for all Regulars and Guest, and a Security label for Regulars, Guests, and Volunteers.
You can also see that the choir is set to print and extra label for Regulars and Guests.
To remove these, I'll click on event level to edit, and remove the labels from there. Simply click "Add/Edit Labels" and click the trash can icon next to each label.
Now, you can see that almost all of the labels have been removed. If I want to make sure the Choir doesn't have labels, I'll have to go into that specific location to remove those as well.
