Dymo USB Printing

A Dymo Printer can only be used with a Windows/Mac Computer and must be plugged in using a USB cord. Visit our installation article to use a Dymo Printer with Check-Ins.

Because Dymo Label software is 32-bit software, it will only work with MacOS up to Mojave (10.14).

If you try to print with the wrong label, it won’t print and, unfortunately, won’t show an error message.

If you have a PC, your browser won't have a driver to use this printer. Instead, we recommend you set the PC to print to another station using an iOS or Android device that is set to print to the Brother printers.

Citizen Bluetooth Printing

A Citizen Printer can only be used with an Android/iOS device and must be used over Bluetooth. Visit our installation article to use a Citizen Printer with Check-Ins.

  • Printers: Citizen CMP-30II BTIUCL, or CMP30- LBTIU (discontinued))
The printer is intended to be hooked to your belt while the device is in your hands. Citizen has made multiple models of the CMP-30, so please make sure you have the exact model number BTIUCL which is the only one that will work with Check-Ins. If the model number is missing any of those letters, the printer will not work with Check-ins.
  • Labels: The supported label sizes for Citizen and Check-Ins are 3"x2", and you can use Zebra labels with a .75 core.
