June 23 - Help Desk 2.0

Today we released a brand new help desk across all of our apps. Click the question mark at the top right of Check-Ins and you'll see a new search area. This update includes:

Suggested Articles

Each page now has the ability to have a featured article set by us. So, if you're on the People page, you'll immediately see the "Add People in Check-Ins" article when opening the help desk. Faster access to the tools you need at that moment!

Contact us directly

At the bottom, next to "contact our support team" you'll see an estimated reply time for any emails sent to us at that moment. If you click there, you'll be able to send us an email directly from the app!
