If you have a special event that uses the same rooms as another event, you can copy those locations before adding other locations. When you copy locations from another event, you keep all the filters, options, and label settings from the other event.
Before you add your first location from the Labels & Locations tab, select the event that has the locations you'd like to use, and then click Copy Locations to bring in those locations to your new event.
If any of the locations use the Advanced filter feature to keep kids together based on their age, it will need to be set according to the new event.
You can still customize those locations for this event, and the changes will only be applied to the current event.
