If you have a special event that you'd like to track which uses the same rooms as another event, you can copy those locations before adding other locations. When you copy locations from another event, you keep all the filters, options, and label settings from the other event.
Before you add your first location from the Labels & Locations tab, select the event which has the locations you'd like to use.
Select Copy Locations to add all those locations from one event to your new event.
You can still customize those locations for this event, and the changes will only be applied to the current event.
