Hey there!
We have received reports of incorrectly oriented labels for some customers using Windows stations with Zebra printers. We are so sorry for any surprise this may have caused and are actively looking into solutions to ensure the label orientation is defaulting correctly on Windows stations moving forward.
If you experience this issue, you can quickly solve it by going to the Printer Check page [Ctrl+2 for Windows] and changing the “Flip label orientation” selection you see. You may need to toggle it on and back off to clear the default setting.
We also recommend that you run the most recent versions of the Check-Ins Desktop App (1.11) and the Check-Ins Printing App (2.2.4+4). You can find the download for both HERE, if needed.
Don’t hesitate to email support@planningcenter.com if you have any further questions. We are happy to help!
