Planning Center chat

Use chat to coordinate plan changes with your Services team or share prayer requests and other life updates with your group members! You can start, participate in, and manage conversations easily from the toolbar on any product page in Planning Center.

Tip

In addition to using chat in the toolbar, team or group members can access their conversations in the Services mobile app or  Church Center mobile app.

Who can chat?

Anyone with a scheduler permission level or higher in Services can start a conversation with their team. If a person does not have at least scheduler permissions, they can only contribute to the conversations they've been invited to.

Depending on the group's settings, leaders only or leaders and members can start a new chat in the toolbar. Once a new conversation is started, anyone in the group can participate.

Warning

Children under 13 years old cannot read or participate in conversations. See Planning Center's privacy policy for more information.
