When we create new features, we write an update article about how to use that feature or how it will affect users. You can subscribe to receive an email when we release an update, so you're never surprised about the changes in the app!
Planning Center Support requires a separate login from your Planning Center login. If you've emailed Planning Center Support before, you'll only need to get a password; otherwise, you'll need to create a new login.
Go to the Check-Ins Help Desk, and then click Subscribe for news & updates in the Recent Updates section.
Once you set a password, you're logged in and will be subscribed to News & Updates! You should receive an email when new updates are posted.
In addition, you can access any previous conversations with our Support Team or unfollow any sections you've followed by choosing My activities from your name dropdown.
